Kenwood Oaks Subdivision

Kenwood Oaks is a subdivision of ninety (90) homes with no through traffic. The subdivision's only entrance, on Kenwood Avenue, is located off Rolling Road one block south of the intersection with Old Keene Mill Road in Springfield, Virginia, in Fairfax County. Kenwood Oaks is within walking distance of the Springfield Golf and Country Club, West Springfield High School, Irving Middle School, four gas stations, two bank branches, two dry-cleaning shops, two bagel shops, a 7-11 store, and two large grocery stores within two large shopping centers with ample parking. The local post office (22152), police and fire station, and county government center are also nearby. Metro bus services are also available nearby.

Hidden Pond Access

The subdivision abuts to the Fairfax County Park, “Hidden Pond Nature Center”.  Acres of undisturbed woodland, quiet trails, splashing streams, and a tranquil pond are just a few of the reasons to visit Hidden Pond Nature Center. A new 2,000-foot trail and bridge has connected the two parks, so that many more neighbors and guests can visit the Hidden Pond Nature Center as well as the pond, streams, wetlands, woods and other quiet places that these preserves have to offer.
